We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. Data stored during the beta period may be subject to deletion or resets as part of system optimization.
By accessing or using BrandsBuilder.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Users retain full ownership of the data provided to the platform (Input Data) and the specific content generated by the AI for their brand (Output Data), including images, typography selections, and brand recommendations.
The platform, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, source code, AI algorithms, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of BrandsBuilder.ai and its licensors.
Users are granted a limited license to access the service for brand development purposes. During the beta period, usage is limited to a maximum of ten (10) generations per feature unless otherwise specified by the platform administrator.
In no event shall BrandsBuilder.ai, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in a court in Singapore.
